Privacy Policy for DosageDiva

This Privacy Policy explains how DosageDiva ("the App," "we," "us," or "our") handles information when you use the App. We are committed to being transparent about what the App does and does not do with your information.

1. Overview

DosageDiva is designed to help you track medication profiles, dose logs, and reminder schedules for your own personal use. The current version of the App is built to function entirely on your device. We do not operate a server or backend for this App, and we do not receive, view, or store any of your medication or dose information ourselves.

2. Information Stored on Your Device

When you use DosageDiva, you may enter information such as:

• Medication profiles, including medication name, format (e.g., pen or vial), strength, reconstitution details, notes, and reminder settings
• Dose logs, including dose amounts, units, dates, and associated medication information
• Reminder and notification schedule settings

This information is stored locally on your device using your device's local application storage. It is not transmitted to us, and we do not have access to it. DosageDiva does not use cloud storage, remote databases, or any backend service to store, sync, or back up this information.

Because this data resides only on your device, it will also only be available on that device. If you use a different device, install the App on a new device, or restore your device from a backup that does not include local app data, your previously entered information will not automatically be available.

3. Local Notifications

DosageDiva may ask for your permission to send local notifications so it can remind you of scheduled doses. These reminders are scheduled and delivered entirely by your device's operating system, based on the settings you configure within the App. Notification content (for example, a reminder that references a medication name you entered) is generated and delivered locally on your device.

DosageDiva does not use a push notification service, does not generate or transmit any push notification token, and does not send reminder or notification data to us or to any third party. You can enable or disable notification permissions at any time through your device's Settings app.

4. Accounts, Analytics, Advertising, and Tracking

The current version of DosageDiva:

• Does not require you to create an account or provide any registration information
• Does not use analytics or usage-tracking tools
• Does not use advertising services or advertising identifiers
• Does not track you across apps or websites
• Does not connect to any external APIs or third-party services
• Does not use cloud storage or any remote server to store your information

If this changes in a future version of the App, we will update this Privacy Policy and, where required, request your permission before any new data collection or transmission begins.

5. Information We Do Not Collect

Because DosageDiva operates entirely on your device and does not connect to any server, we do not collect, receive, or have access to:

• Your medication, dose, or reminder information
• Your name, email address, or other contact information (except as described in the "Contacting Us" section below, if you choose to email us directly)
• Device identifiers, advertising identifiers, or other identifiers
• Location data
• Photos, camera, microphone, contacts, or calendar data
• Usage analytics or diagnostic data transmitted from the App

6. Data Retention and Deletion

Since all medication profiles, dose logs, reminder settings, and related information are stored only on your device, you control how long that information is retained:

• You may delete individual medication profiles, dose entries, or reminders directly within the App.
• Uninstalling DosageDiva from your device will remove the App's locally stored data, consistent with standard iOS app behavior.
• Because we do not store your information on any server, we have no copy of it to retain or delete on our end, and there is no account for us to close.

7. Children's Privacy

DosageDiva is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Because the App does not transmit information to us or to any third party, we do not collect any information from any user, including children, on our servers. If you believe a child has used the App and you have concerns, please contact us using the information below.

8. Security

Information you enter into DosageDiva is stored using your device's local application storage and is subject to the security protections provided by your device's operating system. We do not transmit your information over any network from within the App, which eliminates certain risks associated with data transmission. However, no method of storage is completely free of risk, and we encourage you to use your device's security features (such as a passcode or biometric lock) to help protect information stored on your device.

9. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in the App's functionality or for other operational, legal, or regulatory reasons. If we make material changes, we will update the "Effective Date" at the top of this policy and, where appropriate, provide additional notice within the App. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
